My Healthy Habits Journal
This Journal (64 pages) contains the essence of the MHH book and is written
at a low literacy level. This book outlines a mutual aid and self-help
process in a brief format. This process works much better with the support
of another person (a family member, friend, peer counselor, lay health
guide, wellness coach, fitness trainers, dietician, nurse, doctor or any
other health professional) who has worked through the MHH guidebook. This
person can act as a guide in helping others to understand and use the change
concepts.
Peer counselors, lay health guides, fitness trainers, dieticians, nurses, doctor or any other health professional can use these guidebooks to improve their own health so that they can use the MHH learning process more effectively with clients and patients. The workbook Motivational Practice can help them enhance their skills further.
